Our Staff

Fab Social Care have in house training facilities giving us the capability to provide induction training to all new staff members, up to and beyond the statutory requirements.

Following induction training all members of staff are required to shadow an experienced Care Assistant during care visits to ensure they can put their training into practice effectively and provide advice and support as necessary.

We select the best, most-skilled staff in advance so they’re ready to provide the care you want, right when you need it. They are all thoroughly screened and background checked.

We carefully screen and interview every Fab Social Care staff member, to establish their reasons for choosing caring roles as a career. We therefore only select and employ the staff that are truly caring and compassionate.

All staff are trained in Manual Handling, Emergency First Aid, Infection Control, Food Hygiene, Health & Safety.

In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II or NVQ III in Health and Social Care.
