Our comprehensive induction training which is regularly updated to all the latest standards means that we are confident in the competence of all of our staff, regularly supervised, trained and appraised and their work is routinely audited.

  • Fire Safety 1: Hazards & Prevention
  • Fire Safety 2: Drills & Evacuation
  • Emergency First Aid
  • Effective Hand Hygiene (including Infection Control Induction Exercises)
  • Medication training
  • Security covered in Health & Safety
  • Incident Investigation
  • Effective Communication Skills
  • Assertiveness - Team Working

In addition, all Care Workers will have either already attained or be in the process of attaining an NVQ II in Health and Social Care.
